Cumi Tumis Petai

Bahan Resep Cumi Tumis Petai

Bahan :
• 750 gram cumi segar, potong lalu kerat-kerat
• 20 mata petai, masing-masing dibelah 2
• 4 sendok makan saus tiram
• 2 tangkai daun bawang, iris miring
• 2 sendok teh garam
• 400 ml air
• 2 sendok makan minyak goreng
Bumbu Halus :
• 8 butir bawang merah
• 6 siung bawang putih
• 6 buah cabai merah
• 4 buah tomat
Cara Membuat Cumi Tumis Petai

• Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum.
• Masukkan cumi, aduk sampai berubah warna.
• Tambahkan petai. Aduk sampai petai berwarna hijau.
• Bubuhkan saus tiram, daun bawang, petai, garam dan air.
• Masak hingga bumbu meresap.
Untuk 10 porsi.
