IKAN SAUS LEMON

Bahan-bahan:

  1. 500 gram ikan kakap fillet, potong panjang
  2. 1 sendok teh air jeruk lemon
  3. ½ sendok teh garam
  4. 150 gram tepung panir kasar
  5. Minyak goreng secukupnya
  6. 100 gram terigu
  7. 150 cc air
  8. ½ sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk

Saus Lemon:

  1. ½ buah bawang bombay, cincang halus
  2. 2 sendok teh kulit jeruk lemon
  3. 2 sendok makan madu
  4. 1 sendok teh garam
  5. 6 sendok teh gula pasir
  6. 300 cc air
  7. 2 sendok makan tepung sagu + 2 sendok makan air
  8. 1 sendok makan mentega untuk menumis
