LELE BUMBU BALI

Bahan-bahan:

  1. 10 ekor ikan lele, bersihkan
  2. 4 cm lengkuas memarkan
  3. 4 cm jahe, memarkan
  4. 3 buah tomat, cincang kasar
  5. Garam dan gula pasir secukupnya
  6. 150 ml air
  7. 3 sendok makan minyak goreng

Bumbu halus:

  1. 10 siung bawang putih
  2. 7 butir bawang merah
  3. 20 buah cabai merah besar

Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Lele Bumbu Bali:

  1. Lumuri ikan lele dengan garam, diamkan 15 menit.
  2. Goreng ikan lele hingga matang. Angkat, tiriskan.
  3. Panaskan 3 sendok makan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, lengkuas, jahe, tomat hingga harum.
  4. Tuang air, tambahkan garam dan gula pasir. Masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan ikan lele, masak hingga bumbu meresap. Angkat.
