Eat healthier. More importantly, eat lots of fruits. Fruits are extremely healthy and gives you a much healthier look in your skin tone. There’s a lot of antioxidants in fruits, that is extremely healthy for the skin.
Take proper supplements. Omega-3 will improve the complexion of your skin, as well as vitamin e. It’s important to get all the vitamins in you, like A, B, C and D. You can get that by eating the proper kinds of foods, as long as taking the vitamins. Vitamin E removes wrinkles and improves the skin texture. So it’s a good anti-aging supplement.
Drink a lot of water. Water will REALLY improve your overall look of your skin, trust me. See how simple it can be to improve your look? Drink 8-10 glasses a day.
Wash your face with cold water. I’ll send you a link on improving your face, that involves this. Everyday, wash your face with really cold water.
Put virgin coconut oil on your skin. After you get out of the shower, rub virgin coconut oil all over your body. Will help prevent dry skin and give a much healthy look and complexion.
Treating acne. One way to avoid acne, is not drink a lot of pop. Drink more juices. Also Virgin Coconut Oil will remove pimples as well. I used to use proactive when I was a teen, and that’s the best products that I’ve found in treating acne.
Protect your skin from sun rays. This will help avoid anti-aging. Sun screen helps with this obviously. If you’re out in the sun a lot, put some on. Especially if you’re part Irish like me……
Use skin cleansing milk. Wash your face with it. This extremely good for those who have sensitive skin.
